SMITHSONIAN GEM MINE // MINERAL CAVE

I went to the Natural History Museum today in Washington DC. I hadn't been since I was in second grade, and proceeded to be blown away by the collection of natural wonders- particularly the gems and minerals. The colors and shapes were incredibly inspiring, and surprising relevant to a lot of the work I've been making lately. Here are some quick photos I took:
